Abstract:
Are Keynes and Sraffa reconciliated today, the centenary year of Piero SRAFFA’S birth? This article contributes to the reconciliation showing that it is relatively easy to build a bridge linking Effective demand and Sraffa’s prices system. The article also shows that the reconciliation of the two authors can serve of basis to the development of an alternative Macroeconomics centered on the analysis of conventions and their evolution to explain disequilibria.
