E-Governance in the Greek environment : Necessity and speculations

Abstract:
The entrepreneurial and informational requirements which are developed in thesynchronous society are complicated and do not consist a subject of government design orrestricted political decisions. The commitments of our society related to the implementationof the EPIS (Entrepreneurial Program “Information’ Society”) forecast the augmentedactivity for implementation of e-governance also from the Greek environment.The present study shows off the subject in micro and macro entrepreneurial level whereasfrom the existent frame of design and implementation of e-governance in Greece, arise ourspeculations concerning the potential solutions, in correlation with the de facto choices ofgovernance -management information systems with a view to serve the public and theprivate sector of enterprises as well as the Greek citizen, in the degree of self-management.
