Abstract:
This article focuses on the important solutions which have taken place in the financial and capital markets, as well as with their consequences on banking information systems. The four basic problem areas which followed these changes have been examined and their effects and influence on banks ascertained regarding the major issues the information systems face concerning problems of quantity, time and quality, as well as the transfer of information.
