Current social needs emphasize the importance of knowledge, adaptability and resourcefulness. This article focuses on a rather unexplored field of Adult Education, the Postgraduate Programs of Study, investigating whether they constantly update to correspond to new challenges. Emphasis is given on the motives and expectations of individuals of all age groups attending the specifics programs in order to enable a better match of these studies with the market and to reduce the percentage of people studying abroad.
