The present study revised the Parenting Styles and Dimensions Questionnaire (PSDQ) (Robinson, Mandleco, Olsen & Hart, 2001) and examined whether it can be used to evaluate the parenting styles of Greek fathers. The participants were 1572 fathers from thirteen different regions of Greece. The results revealed a four-factor structure of the Greek version of the PSDQ, which reflected the authoritative, authoritarian, strict and permissive dimensions of paternal parenting styles. The findings also indicated that the psychometric features of the Greek version of the PSDQ can support its feasibility as a research instrument to evaluate Greek fathers' parenting styles.
