Abstract:
The article describes the New technologies of Information and Communication, as they are presented in the via-thematic unified frame of Programs of Studies of compulsory Education which is proposed by Pedagogic Institute and it is focused on the role of Information Technology in the Greek Primary School. Afterwards, observations and proposals are presented which are supported by the experience of programs of implementation of New Technologies in Great Britain, as well as the Greek and international bibliography. The article concludes with a proposal for the teaching of course "Modern Greek Language" using the New technologies of Information and Communication in the structure of the via-thematic unified frame of Programs of Studies.
