In the brief 2006 excavation season additional work was carried out on the dromos of the Macedonian tomb with an Ionic façade. This work showed the dromos to be a lengthy structure, with a large “courtyard” in front of the tomb’s façade. The large wall of coarse stones on the south side evidently protects the dromos from the loose earth. The tomb should be dated to the late 4th cent, or 300 BC.
